2024 Edition International Alba White Truffle Fair
The International Alba White Truffle Fair showcases the Italian excellences and its haute cuisine. The event takes place in the city of Alba, also known as the culinary capital of Piedmont, from October 12ve to December 8th.
The White Truffle of Alba has become the symbol of the city and home of the International Fair since 1928. From then on, a lot of side exhibitions and experiences were created around the main area of the Fair, the Alba White Truffle World Market.
The Market is located in the city center and it is where Trifulau (traders) present their best products; in fact, all the Alba white truffles are accurately selected by a jury of experts and furnished with a certificate.
Inside the Market, you will find some of the great Langhe, Monferrato and Roero regional wines: Barbaresco, Barolo, and Nebbiolo are indeed an incredible pair with the white truffle of Alba.
Culinary classes, Unusual Dinners, and taste workshop are some of the events that will take place during the International Fair. Through these immersive experiences, you will taste the tradition of the Piedmont haute cuisine guided by some of the most prominent Italian chefs.
Speaking of tradition, several folklores shows and historical re-enactment will plunge you into a different era.
