For two months, starting from October 5th until November 24th, the eighty-ninth edition of The International White Truffle Fair will be held on the Piedmont region of Alba. Showing Italian gastronomy excellence at its finest. Representing the largest international truffle exhibit in the world, allowing visitors to embark on a fabulous gastronomy journey: from truffle intense scent to its incomparable flavor in a wide range of unique dishes. If it were not enough, the most famous wine-growing hills in the world happen to be exactly there, the so-called UNESCO Hills of Italy: Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero.
