Prosecco is the famous white sparkling wine produced in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The production territory is very extensive and it’s divided in two regions, DOC and DOCG.
In the DOC area the vineyards are in the plain and cultivation is made with industrial and intensive methods.
In the DOCG area the vineyards are on the hills and cultivation is handmade, here it is where Prosecco becomes Superiore and where the prestigious Cartizze hill is located.
In 2019 the hills of the Prosecco di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene were declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Enjoy a breathtaking helicopter panoramic flight over this wonderful hilly area and land in one of the best wineries in Valdobbiadene: Col Vetoraz.
